Always and Forever

 Fussy cut the doilies from the doily paper, then trim to fit into the doily die. Note, I had to cut and reassemble to get them to fit properly.
Using the doily patterned piece of cardstock for the center of the 12 x 24 layout. Cut plain cardstock and secure to outside edges. Gesso stencil with suitable stencil for your pattern. Let dry.

Spray over with shimmer spray, let dry
From a regular large paper doily, cut the edge off. Next use Clear Gesso to coat the back of the doily. While it is still wet, but slightly tacky, manipulate with a pencil to make a gathered look. Let dry.
