WOYWW

WHATS ON YOUR WORK DESK WEDNESDAY?
Hosted weekly by Ms Julia Dunnit. Why not drop by
for a visit, link up share what you are working on
and see what hundreds of other people are working on.
Julia hosts this weekly event {thank you}

This is whats on my desk....it is still in pieces
when it is complete, it will be a large altered frame and photo . Fingers crossed  I find the hot glue gun...
...grrr teenage borrowers....
{If I have to go looking I will have to put on hazmat clothing...} Hoping to have it ready to hang soon.
And the rest of the actual table / desk looks like this...

That is a Christmas stocking peeping out from under the pile of things to deal with. When I began it I had a deadline and was trying to get it done for a magazine submission. Alas the time got away from me and now it lanuishes on the back corner of the table. I know some of you know exactly how long till Christmas {my new deadline LOL} Also an awesome box of watch calipers in their original glass vials...this is a recent find. Not sure if I am going to be brave enough to break the set up and use them for altered things. Right now it make me happy to look at them.
The colors I chose for the Playhouse {my scrapbooking alter ego won't let me throw them out} The photos and ephemera bits from my nieces wedding. And various other unfiled paper and embellishments.

Have a Great Day, Happy peeping at desks
Keep Smiling and Creating one and all.

What about a peek inside the calipers box?? Totally curious :)

That frame is going to be sensational - good luck with the glue gun hunt! Very intrigued by the watch calipers, not sure I'd recognise one if it jumped up and bit me... look forward to more on them one day soon! Happy WOYWW!

Love your WIP, looks pretty already!

That frame is hoing to be awesome! My desk normally looks just like yours, so I feel right at home. LOL One thing I don't miss about having teenagers, is them always 'needing' to use your stash and never putting it back in the right place. Enjoy having them though, all too soon they fly the nest.
Happy belated WOYWW!

The frame looks awesome so far! And I love piles of things on desks - shows you are a busy lady! You should probably put a beeper on your blue gun - easier to find! Or an alarm! LOL! Thanks for sharing, lindart #153

Your frame is gorgeous, the shells look fabulous. I share your pain with kids borrowing and leaving things in the dumps they call rooms.
Have a great week.

Oh the hazmat suit search...I'm as familiar with that as I am with the passing of deadlines, but I have no lie as to what you an do with the clippers...unless you use them on a canvas in their 'whole' state? I dunno.

What a fun looking pile!! Love the stocking peeking out! I miss deadlines too...like making Christmas cards to send out before Christmas! Haha! If you get your stocking done by Christmas eve, you're doing better than me!
