Want 2 Scrap and Prima

Crisp mornings and warm afternoons,
 Life is Good

My niece recently got married. They had a lovely wedding the perfect mix of cowboy and beautiful bride. This is still a work in progress, I started with this album.

I took it apart, immediately traced the corset outline to another piece of chipboard, so I will have two coordinating shapes to work with {the rest will get used for something else} I then carefully placed double sided tape in strategic spots, leaving the covering on the top. I gave both sides 2 coats of white gesso. Use a heat gun to speed drying time.
Next I sprayed it quite heavily with a
Then I added some bling, the red crinoline tied to the bottom, carefully peeled the tape off and glittered those areas with white glitter. Added Stickles and more glimmer
The result is a very shiny piece, it doesn't translate well in the photo,
but trust me, it is worth the extra time to add the layers.

As I said it is far from done, I hand cut the tiny roses and her name from the Romance paper , Her name is 'Jordan Rose', so this is the perfect paper. I am going to add a cowboy boot for him before I assemble the final book.
Here is her first page. Isn't she lovely?.

I think one of  my favorite parts of this wedding was seeing all those cowboys take their hats off in the church. What was your favorite part of the last wedding you attended?
