Authenic

au·then·tic

[aw-then-tik]  adjective
1. not false or copied; genuine; real: an authentic antique.
2. having the origin supported by unquestionable evidence; authenticated; verified
Origin: 1300–50; < Late Latin authenticus < Greek authentikós original, primary, at first hand, equivalent to authént ( ēs ) one who does things himself ( aut- aut- + -hentēs doer) + -ikos -ic; replacing Middle English autentik (< Anglo-French ) < Medieval Latin autenticus

These are some favorite photos
of my DD, and yes, her hair is indeed the same
indigo blue as the paper. Ah, it is good
to be a scrapbooker...

Love this Authentique paper line.
And its name origin aptly describes my dear daughter
without a title

with a title

a personal note tucked inside this little envelope

I hand made all the flowers
and the 6x6 paper pad was the perfect
size to make this little envelope

Inside is a little book...sorry, private entry

Mist your paper flowers after you cut them
out so you can manipulate them easily

Yes, it is good to be a scrapbooker. I am so happy to have found that outlet about 15 years ago. This paper is lovely and so is your daughter and you layout. Love what you do! Thanks for your visit to my blog and in answer to your question, many of the vintage things I find makes it's way into my holiday displays in my dining room or living room, and also many pieces reside in my craft studio. I also put somethings with other things for my Etsy shop. Hugs to you!

Your daughter is stunning. I adore the layout - so many little details it is a real piece of art. Do you frame them? I just can't get over how lovely this is.
