Spring Has Sprung

In a BIG way over at

I couldn't decide which photo to use, so I decided
to stack them and use them all
To do this I carfully hand cut an opening just
slightly smaller than my largest mat.
I matted and stacked the photos then hinged
so they would open on individual layers
Then I mounted the very bottom layer under the
design side of the opening. Carefully hand cut
along the border mat  to free up each layer and still
allow the pattern to show when all the layers are
closed. Glue the tiny pattern pieces
 to the coresponding mat

Simple tear and rolled edges, reworked metal
embelishments fromt the stash.
To see a list of  the supplies I used

Ohhh this is a sweet and clever project! Spring? We are expecting snow tonight in Victoria :( but it won't last long! Hugs,

I love the way you stacked the photos! This is just fabulous! I wish spring was springing here, we are buried under two feet of snow this morning!!
