The Ghost of Christmas Past

First we make Peroghy's
Then we make more Peroghy's
Then it snows.....LOTS
We wait for Santa
It will be magical

Never made them, but my Ukraine friends do (they call them something differnt, though) and fill them with either ricotta, potato, bacon & saurkraut. SO yummy fresh! The snow looks enchanting, Pam :)
